    The Role

    The Guest Experience Agent is a great entry point to the business for someone looking to pursue a career in tourism.

    Role Responsibilities

  • SELL our Day Tours at Central Australia
  • Promote and provide advice on our amazing Day Tours products
  • Maintain accurate details in reservations systems
  • Support our operations team – Driver Guides
  • Communicate changes/updates and complete daily administrative tasks
  • Act as a guest liaison and assist with coach dispatch

    • About you

    You will have:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong communication skills in all formats
  • The ability to organise and manage your time
  • Be comfortable addressing guest enquiries
  • Be comfortable in pressure situations and problem solve
  • Previous administration experience is preferable
  • Willingness and ability to work and live in a remote location
