**The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager in the Everyday Rewards Program & Lifecycle Tribe within WooliesX, your role is to support the planning and delivery of theProgram Go-To-Market marketing strategy for our Everyday Rewards propositions.

You will be responsible for developing, managing and activating marketing plans aligned to defined strategy and objectives.

You will work closely with the WX business units/delivery and Group Brand & Marketing teams to ensure a collaborative and cohesive approach on how we bring our proposition (new and existing features and enhancements) to life for our members to engage and grow connected member value.

**What you'll do

  • Support the development of the gotomarket strategy and approach for the Everyday Rewards proposition
  • Develop, manage and deliver marketing plans and calendars of activity for propositions you lead
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders to help escalate and/or unblock any obstacles to keep campaigns on track.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on member performance metrics and activity, reporting and performance Maintain consistency with the developed set of brand guidelines and communication tool kit for any tools we take to market.
**What you'll bring

  • 5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing and GTM (or similar roles)
  • End to end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement
  • Ability to deliver cross functionally and orchestrate simultaneous streams of work across business units.
  • Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
  • Knowledge of how to use insights to drive effective marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding capabilities, with an ability to influence and manage multistakeholders
