This is within the Digital Media Agency where our mission is to be Australia's leading digital media team, developing and elevating capabilities and standards across Woolworths Group to engage our customers with the right digital channel, message, and time, in a customer and privacy 1st way.


What you'll do

As the Paid Media Trader your primary goal is the preparation and implementation of digital media campaigns, including gathering of assets, trafficking, creation of ad serving tags, troubleshooting, QA and reporting.

You'll manage and deliver targeted campaigns and offers, across multiple segments to deliver commercial outcomes and business objectives.


You will also:

  • Execute multichannel campaigns predominately social media, supporting in search and programmatic buys: buying and implementation of multichannel advertising campaigns
  • Manage media plan: work closely with the Client Services team and Social Channels Delivery Manager to gather Social campaign briefs, update tracker, plan and implement accordingly.
  • Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights.
  • Identifying trends/learning's for future opportunities Teach, advise and support team members

What you'll bring

You are an experience Paid Media Trader looking to take your career to the next level, with 18 months of experience or more in either agency or client side.

Strong experience in Facebook and Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest and managing timelines and budgets.


You will also have:

  • Experience with Facebook Marketing Partners and Tagging solutions for measurement and audience building
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Have the ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly
  • Keep up to date with online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
  • Demonstrate strong and effective decision making skills Desirable experience with Google Ads and Search trading and building reporting dashboards through Google Data Studio, Datorama or equivalent
