Partnering with the business leaders, you will delivery and provide key operational and strategic HR Business Partner support across the whole employee life cycle.
Reporting directly to the P&C Manager and working within an established HR team of professionals, this newly created role is a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner to have an impact and positively influence business outcomes with a focus on continuous professional development and contribute to the broader People & Culture strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a true HR Business Partner with solid experience of best HR practices.
You will enjoy partnering with leaders on day-to-day people matters and supporting the business with translating business strategy into people priorities.
