Currently experiencing exponential growth due to a recent merger, this global organisation is now looking for a Performance and Reward Analyst to join its team on a part time basis - 3 days per week.


Reporting into the Reward and Benefits Manager, this role plays a significant part in assisting to consolidate the organisations' remuneration processes.


Specifically, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understand trends and developments in remuneration and employee benefits and to contibute to compliance.
  • Support the design and delivery of employee remuneration and benefit program. Including, STI and LTI plans, annaul salary reviews, review employee benefits and provide recommendations on improvements.
  • Data analysis on gender pay equity, pay gap analysis etc
  • Provide financial and market analysis and effectively communciate to stakeholders on findings.
  • Providing insights, identifying discrepancies and highlighting company priorities
  • Providing recommendations and assisting the team in crucial decision making
To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;

  • Advanced skills in Excel and the ability to manipulate data
  • 2+ years experience as an Remuneration Analyst/similar role.
  • Proactive nature and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong curiousity and eagerness to develop your skills
