    Description

    About the role

    • Provide exceptional customer service with accurate and prompt information regarding the center and their inquiries
    • Engage with customers, retailers, and center contractors such as cleaning and security personnel via phone, email, or in-person
    • Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and if necessary, escalate to the appropriate Center Management staff
    • Promote and sell Townsville Shopping Center Gift Cards, oversee the management of this system, and perform daily account reconciliations
    • Manage databases efficiently
    • Support the Marketing Department with miscellaneous tasks
    • Participate in regular center management and customer care team meetings, as well as other team communications
    • Maintain and clean mobility equipment
    • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and provide suggestions to management

    About you

    • Outstanding communicator, both verbally and in writing
    • Customer service experience or relevant training in a related area
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other necessary software
    • Self-driven, positive, and sociable individual
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Effective multitasker with strong task prioritization skills

    Based at our Townsville Shopping Centre, this casual position will involve a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and Thursday evenings.
