Our client is a very large Medical company in Australia and is currently looking to have an empathetic person to join their growing team on a temp to perm basis.

About the role

Duties

Delivered outstanding customer service in an inbound call centre environment
Maintained a strong rapport with customers and sales representatives
Dealt effectively with challenging customers
Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
Responding to customer's queries in a positive and professional manner
Acting as a point of contract between Finance and site personnel
Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
High quantity of data entry, invoicing and processing orders

Skills & experience

Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and onsite personnel
Experience in SAP software is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
