    About the Role


    This position holds accountability for overseeing critical functions, including:

    1. Architecture
    2. Business analysis
    3. Delivery practice management
    4. Project Management Office (PMO)
    5. Quality engineering (testing)
    6. Technology business management

    Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring successful Price-Reset digital submissions and achieving milestones to secure favorable outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities


    1. Lead and manage a team responsible for various critical functions
    2. Drive strategic planning and architecture initiatives
    3. Oversee the Price-Reset digital submission process
    4. Collaborate cross-functionally to align activities with business needs
    5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members
    7. Monitor and report on the progress of projects

    About You


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in leadership roles overseeing architecture, planning, and delivery functions within a large organization
    • Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, quality engineering, and technology management principles
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
