- Establishing workflow and dataflow for Financial and Operational data objects
- Manage and maintain data governance of master data through controlled changes to all areas of the Financial System
- Provide System administration and analytical support
- Provide recommendations to finance operations leaders on data metrics, usage and rules.
- Set up new customers and suppliers on the system
- Liaise and work with the vendor on system issues
- Structure data to support business reporting requirements
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- NetSuite Cloud Proficiency and experience managing Finance, Procurement and Fixed Assets modules.
- Previous background in a similar position with a focus on Master data and systems administration
- Tertiary Degree qualification
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with broad range of stakeholders
