- Work From Home Opporunity
- Perform basic Credit Control responsibilities for Australia and New Zealand.
- Maintaining the motor vehicle register, leases, and purchases, along with managing fuel cards, tolls and fine
- Handling banking processes, credit collections, and accounting duties.
- Provide administrative duties to the credit/collections team.
- Attend and participate in the monthly AR meetings with the credit and branch managers.
- Month-end and yearly auditor queries
- Internal reporting
- Experience using SAGE, Evolution, and/or Excel (V-lookup) would be a benefit
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Experience in motor vehicle fleet management, credit control, and accounting functions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Work from home 1 day a week
