    OPPORTUNITY

    Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery while leading and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with sales, operations, and management teams is key to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships.

    • Lead and manage the Customer Support team for operational success
    • Develop team capabilities and product knowledge to meet customer expectations
    • Handle customer inquiries and finalize sales via multiple channels
    • Cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal outcomes
    • Maintain accuracy of data in key systems and handle orders efficiently
    • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
    • Analyse service metrics and provide feedback for improvement
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide support and guidance to team members

    CANDIDATE

    To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven customer service (Atleast 2+ years). Ideally however, you bring with you some relevant knowledge from the Automotive industry in a 'spare parts' environment. Full product training will be provided to the successful applicant so it does not need to be an exact match as far as product knowledge goes.

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of customer service management experience
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in automotive parts and accessories industry preferred
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Knowledge of customer service industry trends and best practices
