Description


As the new Workforce Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the allocation and management of ADF recruitment targets (across all three services), nationally.

This role is responsible for supporting target achievement by ensuring the service needs are appropriately allocated and understood across the national DFR Recruiting Operations workforce.


You will:


  • Coordinate the allocation of targets across the national DFR Recruiting Operations team, in line with the national workforce delivery strategy and the requirements of the Services
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Services' needs, as well as the wider Recruiting Operations goals and priorities, to enable the most effective contribution to recruitment target achievement for DFR
  • Take direction and guidance from the Workforce Delivery Team Leader, reporting on progress, performance, interactions with the services and any critical, as and when required
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting, consistent with the framework established by the Workforce Delivery Lead, providing as required and requested to relevant stakeholders across DFR
  • Maintain and provide accurate reports on recruiting target achievement (appointments and enlistments), providing these as required and requested
  • Carry out administrative and operational tasks associated with the workforce delivery function and coordinator role
  • Create and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders

Profile

Your background will demonstrate:


  • An understanding of Defence / Defence industry is desirable
  • A clientfocused and customercentric attitude and aptitude
  • Experience effectively assisting, nurturing and selecting talent
  • Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and data management including data literacy
