The Delivery Services Leader Dev Learning Coordinator will be responsible for executing the strategy for learning and development initiatives that support the business objectives of the Delivery Services Operations team.

The Learning Coordinator will help drive the development of training best practices and standards, enable implementation across the network, and share results with all operations leaders.

The leader is responsible for helping new leaders to implement standard work practices and improve Safety, Quality, and Performance results, with a primary focus on T3+ associate performance and training return on investment.

In this role you will drive and support network leader development and have a strong ability to influence without authority.

You continually dive deep to understand the learning needs, using data and insights into the business to build or adapt learning methods, materials or technology that will support our associates.

To be successful in this role, you will have a customer centric mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be able to use transferable skills picked up from previous operational execution, knowledge of warehousing/manufacturing and training to execute using a strong hands-on approach.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
  • Work strategically with the ACES Org to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs and work toward reducing / eliminating the need for additional Adhoc training.
  • Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key leader training processes and activities across the network focusing on change management
  • Develop our training strategy for leaders across all levels from beginner and expertise levels of experience
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis
  • Organize and deliver the instructorled onboarding experience for L4-L6 leaders.
  • Create an engaging learner experience using various training strategies and adult learning methodologies as measured through associate feedback and posttraining surveys.
  • Measure, assess, and document trainee performance, attendance, and competency levels throughout the Academy experience through formalized mechanisms.
  • Actively pursue continuous improvement through proactive identification of content, process, and efficiency gaps.
  • Demonstrate learn and be curious when presented new and/or modified content, technology, and standard work expectations.

Profile

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of Management/ Process Training / Learning and Development Experience
Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre, Human Resources or Professional Organization
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills along with outstanding facilitation skills
Demonstrates expertis
