    Role:

    We are in need of an Operations Officer to have a key role in interacting with our ACCR staff to ensure the smooth execution of our strategy.

    If you have a background in administrative, operations, or project management, or have showcased the necessary skills, this role could be a significant step in your career path.

    This position will be part of our Operations Team and will report to the Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities

    The role involves providing general operational support across ACCR. Some of the tasks expected in this role include:

    • Managing staff travel arrangements, ensuring adherence to policies, and overseeing bookings.
    • Coordinating office operations, such as booking meeting rooms and maintaining office standards.
    • Enhancing communication within the organization by organizing meetings and events.
    • Assisting in Human Resources tasks like job advertising and recruitment platform updates.
    • Documenting external contracts and ensuring data accuracy.
    • Fostering staff engagement through various activities.
    • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Utilizing ACCR's tools effectively.

    Criteria

    We are seeking someone with:

    • Experience in administrative, operations, or project management roles.
    • Proficiency in technology tools like Microsoft and Google suites, CRMs, online conferencing platforms, events software, and workflow tools.
    • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
    • Integrity in handling confidential information.
    • Alignment with ACCR's mission and values.
