We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide a wide range of administrative duties to support the operations of the school and staff.

You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure high quality service provision and to ensure all activities meet service standards and compliance with University policies and procedures.


Position Requirements:


  • Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems, for example: TRIM, FinanceOne, MS Office Suite, Moodle and MyCentre.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative support, to a senior manager and implementing streamlined processes and systems within a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with proven ability to draft a range of professional documentation and provide accurate advice and information.
