$93,295 - $102,941 per annum + super

Because we are searching for a proactive and motivated team member to join the Transport & Business Licensing team within Fair Trading Operations.

  • Community Gaming
  • Paintball and
  • Property and Conveyancing


This unit is a high-volume assessment environment that provides quality customer services and makes decisions in accordance with administrative law principles, to a range of stakeholders regarding all matters related to Licensing.

  • Pride yourself on attention to detail whilst meeting time sensitive deadlines.

This role is responsible for:


  • Developing and maintaining specialist legislative knowledge to increase staff capability to ensure the delivery of a highquality customer experience
  • Responding to customer enquiries and delivering a range of processing activities with accuracy and efficiency to ensure service is provided to expected standards
  • Reporting new or emerging issues or trends and providing recommendations to facilitate the efficient flow of work to optimise service delivery outcomes

Salary Clerk Grade 5/6 with a base salary starting at $93,295 plus superannuation.
