Grade 3/4, Ongoing

About this role

Operations Support Officer. Multiple ongoing roles. Primary location Parramatta with flexibility across other locations such as Gosford and Wollongong. Hybrid flexible working arrangements.


Exciting opportunities have arisen for Operations Support Officers to join the Duties Service team - Duties & Grants branch within Revenue NSW.

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and team-oriented people with a focus on problem solving and the ability to analyse information.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse and research legal documents to determine tax liability
  • Interpret legislation
  • Prepare written correspondence
  • Negotiate positive outcomes with professionals

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:?

  • Experience within a customer service operations role or similar industry?
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities in a highvolume work environment in order to meet business outcomes
  • A flexible approach to work and with?a willingness to learn

Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $75992 base plus superannuation
