What's the role?

What will you be doing?:

Communications

Provide detailed and informative responses, demonstrating industry and Market Index knowledge

Data management

Ensure that company data is accurate and up to date.
Update live data to ensure the information provided to users is accurate and up to date.
Manage user account renewals and closures

What background are we looking for:

Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Familiarity with financial markets and terminology preferred
Previous experience in customer support or data entry roles is an advantage
