Who are we looking for?
Developing strong long-term partnerships is the lifeblood of our business. As an account manager you must have a solid working knowledge of the fund's management/wealth management industry and landscape.

We're not set on a particular background, but we are looking for a true Account/Relationship Manager, so we expect experience in a client-facing role and a track-record of success building genuinely valuable long-term relationships.

It goes without saying that exceptional communication skills are a must.

This means you'll not only be able to manage different types of personalities using different communication skills, but you'll also have a large reserve of natural EQ, limitless enthusiasm and energy.

You will be extremely driven, but this does not mean fostering a sales-at-all-costs mentality; our partnerships are built on honesty, reliability and building real value.

It also means we check our egos at the door; we need a genuine team player who enjoys the success of others as much as their own.


What will you be doing?

You'll learn the in's and out's of our products and services from our experienced Accounts Team, enjoy a high degree of support and have opportunities to learn, grow and work closely with senior members of the team and business.

Your day-to-day will include a broad range of hands-on tasks, including:


  • Partner onboarding and education across products and services
  • Relationship & account management from planning to content services
  • Campaign/advertising planning and management
  • Delivery and onboarding of new upcoming products
  • Deals management and closing
  • Sales admin as required
