Who are we?
The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented at a local level.
As a NDIA partner, Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports the activities that will improve independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 years with developmental delay and/or disability.
What does this role look like on a daily basis?
The key focus of our Early Childhood First Nations Community Coordinator will be to work with First Nations children with disability and developmental delay; and their families; to determine the best supports for their improved independence, social participation and quality of life. Connect with the local community to build networks and pathways that build inclusion opportunities for First Nations children with disability and their families to access Early Childhood Services.

This is a full time temporary role to 30 June 2025.
This role will cover our Western Sydney region, with our Northcott offices based at Seven Hills and North Parramatta.
