About the role:


As an experienced People and Culture Business Partner, you will bring a level of confidence to deliver and embed HR practices across the Respect Group focusing on enhancing organisational performance through management coaching, industrial and employee relations, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning, cultural change initiatives and engagement, safety management, and HR reporting and insight creation particularly around attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.


You will partner with business executives, leaders, and their teams for the development of business strategies that boost productivity and enable growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve key organisational and people metrics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Create strong working environment by cultivating high levels of employee engagement.
  • Develop, and partner with stakeholders to drive performance.
  • Execute initiatives in the talent, workforce planning, engagement, productivity, and capability spaces.
  • Be able to review data and create insights and implement recommendations, based on the review.
  • Ability to partner in the safety space, to create a no harm environment.

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Proven, wellrounded working experience as a People and Culture Business Partner.
  • Selfstarter who is peopleoriented and resultsdriven.
  • Ability to architect strategy together with a handson, growth mindset approach.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to enhance performance and a continuous improvement mentality.
  • The ability to travel at least monthly, if not more regularly as required.
