    The Opportunity: The Care Manager will oversee and deliver high-quality clinical care to residents following best practices. Responsibilities include coordinating care, delegating tasks, and managing resources efficiently.

    Requirements

    Essential:

    • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care
    • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
    • Familiarity with Quality Agency Standards, Aged Care Act, and other relevant regulations
    • Strong clinical skills aligned with current practices
    • Current National Police Certificate

    Desirable:

    • Prior nursing management experience
    • Accreditation process involvement
