    Description

    Position Summary

    Support the Sydney office with a range of duties including but not limited to:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Processing Disbursements
  • Maintain Trust Account
  • Manage Sydney Accounts Inbox
  • Relief Reception and providing administrative support across the office
  • Assist with property maintenance and managing external contractors and maintenance staff
  • Ad-hoc maintenance of office & kitchen supplies, stationery
  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Essential

  • Completion of Year 12
  • Desirable

  • Certificate in Business Administration
  • DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

    Essential

  • 12+ months experience in an administrative role
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
