THE OPPORTUNITY


We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a
National Manager, Distribution Sales to join our highly skilled Channel Sales team.


Reporting to the General Manager - Channel Sales, your main responsibility will be to manage relationships with key national distribution partners and strategic wholesale partners (Including key consumables suppliers).

You will be for managing all programs relating to pricing tiers, inventory management, volume programs, co-op investments and reseller partner recruitment.


We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative fast-paced environment while delivering best customer experience.

We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build an efficient Tier 2 distribution channel for more expedient and costefficient delivery of FBAU devices and toner to the channel.
  • Ownership of volume programs and tactics to build and maintain market share for SMB and SME products in both A3 and A4 categories.
  • Short
- and long-term forecasting on devices and toner in conjunction with product and supply chain organisation to ensure timely access to products

  • Run a regular cadence of business review with the wholesale partners on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Liaise with Channel Operations on order processing and management to manage partner ETA's.
  • Collaborate with General Manager
  • Channel Sales and broader dealer management team to be the voice of the reseller and distribution channel.
