**THE OPPORTUNITY

This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, therefore a balance of efficiency and cost consciousness and exceeding the expectations for the customer in value added production.

Joining Fujifilm as a Service Delivery Specialist will involve:

Being a trusted advisor to our customer by delivering a great service and building a strong relationship.
Being involved in document production tasks, including printing, copying, collating and finishing
Responsibility for staff onboarding and offboarding
Maintaining client gift and staff equipment asset registers
Processing thirdparty invoices
Event management tasks
Supplies and materials coordination

**YOUR EXPERIENCE
As an experienced professional in printroom & office operations, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

Demonstrated experience in a service delivery environment with exceptional customer service skills
A Year 12 qualification
Demonstrated skills and experience in MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe products.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision managing a selfsufficient digital print operation
Ability to direct and manage efficient workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
