**THE OPPORTUNITY
This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, therefore a balance of efficiency and cost consciousness and exceeding the expectations for the customer in value added production.
Joining Fujifilm as a Service Delivery Specialist will involve:- Being a trusted advisor to our customer by delivering a great service and building a strong relationship.
- Being involved in document production tasks, including printing, copying, collating and finishing
- Responsibility for staff onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining client gift and staff equipment asset registers
- Processing thirdparty invoices
- Event management tasks
- Supplies and materials coordination
As an experienced professional in printroom & office operations, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:
- Demonstrated experience in a service delivery environment with exceptional customer service skills
- A Year 12 qualification
- Demonstrated skills and experience in MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe products.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision managing a selfsufficient digital print operation
- Ability to direct and manage efficient workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
