THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a
Channel Marketing Manager to join our highly skilled Marketing team.
Your main responsibility will be to manage a team that supports marketing programs across our indirect channel; through planning and collaborating with partners, delivering co-marketing initiatives to and through the channel, support business goals and maintaining strong cross functional relationships.
We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative fast-paced environment while delivering best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of marketers to deliver annual/quarterly channel marketing plans that deliver growth for both the partner and for the business
- Align with cross functions to understand key timelines for the annual plans events, product launch etc. and account for this within your planning
- Deliver valuebased training and enablement events and webinars to drive growth in product and offerings
- Produce quarterly tactical offerings that align with key growth areas, 1year plans and product life cycle
- Manage partner systems and platforms maintenance, user access, auditing processes and training
- Responsible for managing the MDF/Co-Op process for our partners and distribution including terms and conditions, budget management, processing, and liaison with finance
- Maintain a strong relationship with our distribution partners, developing GTM and promotional initiatives to ensure growth
- Manage monthly partner performance reports tracking targets, rebates and derive/report back any actionable insights for the business to improve performance
- Manage the lead flow and delivery to our partners, including the follow up and input into salesforce on the outcome of the leads
- The function will be responsible for managing communication briefs from other departments, required to be shared to the channel
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant marketing management experience with expert knowledge and understanding of channel sales and operations
- Leadership experience motivate team to deliver against divisional objectives and business priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, experience partnering with sales and operations to drive alignment toward business outcomes
- Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment where process doesn't always exist and ability to navigate your way through the business to ensure your success
- Proven experience in the creation and development of integrated campaign strategy, positioning and messaging
- Proven ability to work within CRM tools like Salesforce and analyse results for improved KPI
