Our Opportunity
To support our ongoing growth, PROK are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.


Daily duties typically include.

  • Regularly review and correct negative stock issues by adjusting inventory levels and updating ERP records.
  • Analyse inventory aging reports to identify and mitigate obsolete or slowmoving inventory.
  • Process stock adjustments to correct discrepancies and maintain auditready documentation.
  • Coordinate and document transfers of inventory between warehouses to optimize stock levels.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies in BOMs and work orders in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
  • Schedule and conduct cycle count and annual stock takes to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Generate inventory reports, analyse trends, and prepare management summaries.
  • Collaborate across departments to align inventory management with business objectives and new product introductions.

The Right Person

  • Degree Qualification in Procurement, supply chain Management or Business studies; or equivalent professional experience in Procurement & Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment (3 years +).
  • Experience in inventory management using ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in the delivery of endtoend procurement through an ERP system.
  • Experience with Pronto is considered highly desirable
