What's the Opportunity?
***As a

Project Coordinator, you'll work within Fibre Customer Delivery Team based in Melbourne.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the various component processes required to ensure the successful delivery of small to medium scale fibre projects to Vocus customers and may also be required to provide support to Fibre Project Managers on larger more complex solutions.

This role will undertake a wide range of duties in support of the successful delivery of the Vocus product portfolio and the continuous improvement of the associated delivery processes.

What's the day to day?

Manage the successful delivery of small to medium scale fibre projects to Vocus customers within project timeline.
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all Vocus customers through the provisioning process
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Create and maintain professional project documentation appropriate to the scale, complexity and risk of the fibre project.
Follow documented project management processes for the delivery of all projects
Provide a single point of contact for enquiries, issues and escalations.
Where required, provide support to Senior Fibre Project Managers
Assist with the continual improvement of processes within the Fibre Operations team, National Customer Service Delivery and across Vocus, where appropriate.
Assist in supporting/mentoring colleagues within the Fibre Team or wider Service Delivery, where appropriate.

What you will need to be successful:

You have full rights to work in Australia.
12 years' experience in project or service management roles
A background in telecommunications or Information Technology
A background in project management
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people via phone
Highly organised and timely with follow up
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively sustaining professional working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
