- Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholder relationships, communications, resources, change, risks, issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to Vocus customers through the project process
- Create and maintain a high standard of professional project documentation – appropriate to the scale, complexity, and risk of the project.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues, communicating across leadership.
- Provide a single point of contact for project enquiries or issues and escalations.
- Support colleagues within the Project Management Team or Service Delivery, where appropriate.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies is desirable(Agile, PMBOK, PMI or Prince II)
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the various component processes required to ensure the successful delivery of small to medium scale projects.
The Project Coordinator will work with customers & internal stakeholders to develop timelines, assess risks & oversee progress to ensure goals are met on time. The projects will be diverse across the Wholesale Access Portfolio, not limited to Delivery.
The Project Coordinator will be required to provide support to the customer onboarding process and continual improvements/initiatives.
