As the Engineering Manager, you will be a high-level leader across multiple engineering squads.
You will provide leadership, coaching, and support to balance technology, delivery, and outcomes in alignment with the wider group's objectives.
Number of Direct Reports: 5-8.What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership of multiple highly skilled technology teams and delivering large programs of work (ideally in data and/or testing)
- Strong cloud exposure with Azure
- Strong experience in leading product development teams
- Experience building highperforming teams while coaching them to success using Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working in complex system architectures, operations, and support structures
- Experience delivering outcomes as part of a crossfunctional group, using onshore/offshore delivery models and with 3rd party vendors and integrators
- Stakeholder management skills
- Market knowledge and experience of delivery and management of technology solutions
