- Supporting the onboarding of all new employees to NCN Health
- Maintenance of the NCN Health People and Culture Inbox including responding to queries, forwarding emails as appropriate and filing
- Administration of the NCN Health Uniform Portal
- Data entry into various systems and registers within the People and Culture Department
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, or previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a HR environment.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a diverse range of people.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to navigate and learn a range of online systems to support onboarding of new staff to NCN Health.

Position: Administration Assistant – People and Culture
Location: Works across both Numurkah and Cobram Campuses of NCN Health
EFT/Hours: 1.0 EFT (80 Hours Per Fortnight, including 1 ADO every month)
Status: Permanent Full Time
Salary/ Hourly rate: $ $ per hour plus 11% superannuation

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant - People and Culture to join our People and Culture team.
Position responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
This role works in conjunction with the other People and Culture Administration Assistant, and is required to work across both the Numurkah and Cobram campus.
