    Finance and Administration Officer

    The CompanyOur client is a privately owned Agricultural Storage, Distribution, and Transport Company located in the heart of the NSW Riverina. The have a proud history and strong regional reputation.

    As the Finance and Administration Officer your valuable work will increase financial and administrative stability by improving decision-making and planning as you work closely with each member of the team.Responsibilities:

    • Data entry and financial accounts review.
    • Monthly and quarterly Reconciliations ensuring accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
    • Preparing budgets.
    • Analysis, quarterly financial reporting, Month End/Audits.
    • Completing all month-end tasks as per the procedure
    • Working closely with the outsourced team to monitor and develop internal task capabilities.
    • Assist CCSO with all financial and administrative duties as delegated.

    Working Environment: The role is based in the office in Finley.

    Qualifications:

    The Finance and Administration Officer
    To excel in this role, you will likely possess most of the following:

    • An Accounting degree.
    • 2-4 years business experience.
    • A Certificate in Auditing and Compliance.
    • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Time management and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of finance, accounting principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
    • Knowledge of target and budgeting, forecasting and financial projections.
