  • Coordinate change requests
  • Ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget performance
  • Conduct postproject evaluation
  • Manage risk and implement risk mitigation strategies consistent with PBPL standards
  • Facilitate collaborative Project Working Groups and Project Control Groups.

Passionate, skilled, and great with people; here's who we're looking for:

  • including EPR implementation experience
  • You have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management experience
  • You have Prince2 and/or Agile methodology experience
  • You are flexible and comfortable working in fastpaced environments, across multiple projects and with changing priorities
  • You're great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds
  • You have excellent technical skills; MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Powerpoint, MS Word. If you have Confluence and Smartsheet experience even better

Our transformation projects will have significant business impact; hence our emphasis on strong analysis and communication skills; as well as understanding both business and technical requirements to clearly communicate them between internal teams and external vendors.
