- You will Review the Project Document Control Management Plan ensuring adherence to the plan throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will Ensure all documents and information provided to the LGC team are securely stored, tracked, and responded to by the relevant team members and external parties.
- Also help Coordinate the complex review and approval processes for Program related documentation.
- You will develop and maintain workflows in the Document management System.
- You will undertake administrative tasks required to support the control and distribution of Program documents and information.
- You will continually assess the solutions provided for document and information management activities and services provide feedback for improvements.
- Previous experience ideally within a Government Project environment
- Previous experience with Team Binder desirable
- You have the ability to support others by providing timely information within own area of expertise
- You welcome challenges in the delivery of work and demonstrate persistence in working through obstacles.
- You can gain insight into issues by analysing the available information in a critical manner.
- ASAP start date pending clearance.
- Temporary assignment until May 2026.
- Full time hours Monday – Friday.
