    ROLE OUTLINE

    The Performance Executive plays a vital role in ensuring success for our clients by overseeing campaign implementation, optimization, monitoring, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with your manager to deliver top-notch solutions, outstanding service, and meet targets.

    You should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to work with industry-leading partners and technologies, while constantly deepening your knowledge of the industry.

    KEY RELATIONSHIPS

    • Collaborating with internal teams
    • Building strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners
    • Fostering trust with agency client teams
    • Contributing to teamwork in your immediate team

    WHAT YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON

    People - 15% of your time

    Product - 45% of your time

    • Manage biddable campaigns from start to end
    • Create exceptional client reports
    • Pursue channel certifications and growth opportunities
    • Develop planning skills with your manager

    Client - 15% of your time

    • Support clients with vendors and partners
    • Build client relationships at a junior level
    • Recommend strategies to meet client goals

    Commercial - 25% of your time

    • Ensure accurate campaign reconciliation
    • Monitor financial processes
    • Understand client services in detail
