    ROLE OUTLINE

    The Performance Coordinator position is crucial, ensuring operational excellence in various biddable practices. You will be responsible for supporting daily activities that drive successful campaigns, guaranteeing top-notch implementation, optimization, and reporting.

    You are a highly analytical individual with great attention to detail, eager to collaborate with leading partners and cutting-edge technologies. Above all, you are enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge of the biddable industry.

    Reporting to: Performance Manager

    KEY RELATIONSHIPS

    • Working closely with internal teams
    • Establishing solid connections with relevant media, data, and technology partners
    • Developing trust and understanding with agency client teams
    • Contributing to a harmonious atmosphere within your immediate team

    WHAT YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON

    People - 15% of your time

    • Active participation in team meetings, overseeing workload concerns proactively
    • Building strong, trust-based relationships with your team to ensure client success
    • Enhancing communication skills and being receptive to feedback from your manager and team

    Product - 50% of your time

    • Assisting the team in all biddable delivery aspects, from setup to troubleshooting and reporting
    • Gaining expertise in various technologies used by GroupM, performing tasks accurately and independently
    • Producing precise and insightful reports across your client portfolio

    Client - 10% of your time

    • Understanding client challenges, goals, and initiatives
    • Participating in meetings with data & technology partners to stay updated on opportunities for clients
    • Collaborating with all teams to maintain top-notch client service

    Commercial - 25% of your time

    • Ensuring accurate reconciliation of campaigns with exceptional attention to detail
    • Following financial and compliance processes with 100% accuracy
    • Gaining an understanding of different products and offerings and their unique advantages
