    OpenMind

    OpenMind by WPP is an integrated agency model drawing on talent from across WPP. It has been created to accelerate the global transformation for Nestlé's media function. Core to the solution is the best data and technology capabilities, fuelled by WPP's investment in AI, to maximise the impact of Nestlé media investment. The Open Team model has been designed for Nestlé to leverage the best of WPP through a simple and flexible, easy to navigate model.

    OpenMind was recently awarded Nestle's media agency of record in Australia & New Zealand, commencing June 2024. In January 2024, OpenMind commenced working across 47 countries in Europe, joining our colleagues who have been working across North America for a number of years.     Data, Technology & Commerce

    The Data, Technology & Commerce team lead the agency digital maturity and transformation projects for a vast array of clients – this role specifically for OpenMind. Our role is to present out clients with curated digital transformation roadmaps to meet their overall business outcomes and ensure we are at the forefront of digital and media maturity. You will work directly with the National head of this practice, and your peers, to help deliver digital transformation and strategic solutions.

    You will be responsible for maintaining key relationships across OpenMind; our GroupM business Acceleration; and with our priority digital partners. The purpose of these relationships are to stay on top of the opportunities available for our clients and how they can be packaged in line with their maturity roadmaps.

    Key Stakeholders: OpenMind team members, media partners

    Responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively with client leads to identify opportunities in digital solutions, consultancy or integration into the strategic and planning processes that drive business outcomes
    • Lead digital transformation roadmaps and workstreams in collaboration with the delivery teams within GroupM Nexus, Acceleration or Data & Tech partners within WPP
    • Clearly articulate to clients and client leads the digital maturity proposition for OpenMind and (demonstrates commercial acumen)
    • Ensure data and tech innovation is present in all recommendations and in line with maturity roadmap; supported by the D&T lead.
    • Have trusted advisory relationship with data and tech partners, clients, and agency partners
    • Develop new business pipelines for digital transformation solutions
    • Identify and convert incremental revenue opportunities for OpenMind Data, Technology and Commerce Practice, and Acceleration


    Experience

    • At least 8+ years' experience in digital transformation or adtech consultancy
    • Experience in leading omnichannel strategy discussions with clients
    • Experience in commerce strategy and activation requirements
    • Proven track record in establishing high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction, including the ability to lead technical or marketing teams.
    • Proven delivery of client digital transformation agendas
    • Extensive experience in the digital media, technology, and data industry as well as strong client facing responsibilities.
    • Ability to influence, guide and shape client's digital maturity ambitions and deliver the outcomes with digital planning and buying teams.
    • You have proven track records of educating and guiding teams, client and the industry.
    • You are known for teamwork and able to influence people to deliver exceptional quality results.
