About the team


The Supporter Experience and Digital Unit aims to ensure Cancer Council NSW remains a leader in supporter-centric fundraising, using data & insights to guide us in building lifelong supporter connections, and remain at the forefront of digital marketing in our sector.

You will join a vibrant and expert digital team, working towards an organisational customer
- centric vision. Your technical skills and focus on delivery will be critical to the teams' efforts to drive digital transformation.


About the role:


The Website UX/CRO Specialist will work to enhance the fundraising ability of our Market and Fundraising Division online, providing sector-leading experiences with a focus on using data for conversion rate optimisation.

This exciting role will work on enhancing existing campaigns and overseeing Go To Market for new products, including guiding development, testing, launch and optimization.


Key responsibilities of the role:


The Website UX/CRO Specialist will be responsible for leading strategies to optimise fundraising campaign effectiveness, using data to advise on UX, copy and conversion journeys.

This will involve upholding internal brand in all areas, to continue our emphasis on efficient, data-driven decision making.


About you

Essential:


  • Proven skills in UX design best practice in line with existing brand guidelines
  • At least 2 years' experience in Website conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to lead qualitative and quantitative user research when required on UX design projects.
  • Sound understanding of Google Analytics & online AB Testing tools
  • Excellent ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in line with expectations
  • Systematic approach to use data as part of online testing, optimization and reporting
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing processes
  • Proven ability to understand and accommodate competing priorities, technical limitations, resourcing constraints and tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new tools and assist others with ad hoc data, reporting or list management requests
  • Ability to manage own workload, work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of accountability and customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills personable, collaborative, confident & flexible.

Desirable:


  • Experience working in the NFP industry.
  • Experience with Funraisin, other fundraising CMS or eCommerce platform
  • Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
