About the role

  • Multisite management of retail outlets.
  • Lead your team to achieve KPI's and identify opportunities to initiate, improve and continue strong sales
  • Set goals and objectives for stores and provide mentoring + reporting to measure success
  • Lead instore team to ensure merchandising standards are upheld and aligned across locations
  • Work with People and Communications & State Retail Manager to recruit, develop and train new and existing team members for stores + kiosks
  • Contribute to the overall commerciality of our brand by overseeing instore operations, rostering, merchandising standards and stock consolidations
  • Running relevant reports weekly, monthly, seasonally or as required.
  • Coordination with divisional teams of instore POS and marketing materials to support promotional plan
  • Lead store teams with preparation for stocktake and manage instore with support from State Retail Manager
  • Retail Operations including implementation and shut down of seasonal kiosks.
  • Work Health and Safety
  • Follow all Cancer Council health and safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure store/kiosk WHS information and compliance is up to date
  • Report all known or observed hazards to Manager or Supervisor
  • Take reasonable care at work to ensure your own and others' safety

About You

  • Previous multisite retail management experience in a fast paced/ high volume environment highly regarded, or senior Store Management looking for that next step.
  • A passion for retail and providing exceptional customer service
  • A drive to achieve sales budgets, KPI's and maximise profitability of stores
  • An ability to establish and foster effective working relationships
  • Outstanding communication and computer literacy skills
  • Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • A Solid experience in managing, training, motivating and developing teams
  • Strong attention to detail, timemanagement and organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to working days and hours
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Current and unrestricted driver's license
