The Client

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Engineer to join an expanding and busy technology provider in the northern suburbs. The Role

Reporting into the Team Lead, you will mentor and drive the success of your team by acting as an escalation point for your colleagues while working on high-level tasks and projects. You will be a strong "all-rounder" with skills across networks, servers, cloud and desktop. This is a great opportunity to excel and grow within a supportive organisation which encourages work/life balance.

Skills and experience

In this role, you will:

Evaluate infrastructure and networks to identify improvement opportunities and minimise downtime.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects such as migrations, upgrades, relocation
Manage and address escalated tasks from the service desk team
Manage and maintain infrastructure and network via routine maintenance
Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation on infrastructure, applications and assets

You will also have the following skills and experience:

Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration
Strong Knowledge in Active Directory
Strong Knowledge in network troubleshooting and management
Strong Knowledge in server administration
Proven skills with Microsoft Cloud Migrations
Excellent communication skills
