About Our Client

Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a leading values-driven Queensland organisation in their search for multiple Accounts Payable practitioners.

Due to continued growth and volume, our clients require additional support across various areas of the Accounts Payable function.

About the Roles
Our client is currently seeking immediately available talent to support across multiple different elements of the AP function.

Working closely with the broader Accounts team, you will provide exceptional support across the end-to-end process whilst ensuring invoices are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Currently in the process of implementing a new system, you will be confident in your ability to utilise and navigate between various systems whilst ensuring accuracy and data integrity is prioritised.

Working within the broader team, you will be comfortable working within a large, complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.

We have several temporary assignments available, as below:

Accounts Payable Team Leader

Accounts Payable Lead

Vendor Management
Accounts Payable Officers
Accounts Payable Customer Service Officer

About You
You will be a warm and passionate AP specialist and bring strong experience in the Accounts Payable function.

Your previous experience working with systems to facilitate the extensive end-to-end process will be exceptional, and your strong attention-to-detail will shine as you process transactions efficiently.

You will have prior experience working with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely and accurate results. As a confident and outcomes-driven team player, you will enjoy working with the broader team to deliver positive outcomes. In return, you will gain exposure into a large, complex organisation across all aspects of the Accounts Payable function.
