  • They are lead by an experienced, qualified, and tenured management team, and have seen consistent growth whilst remaining extremely profitable. They are now looking to bring on board an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their large finance team.
  • The Accounts Payable Officer will have ownership over a key business unit, engaging and partnering with many stakeholders across operational/offsite teams and head office. This role combines the full function Accounts Payable process with extensive stakeholder management, offering a broad opportunity in a friendly and diverse team environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Review, validate and process invoices
  • Prepare weekly payment schedule
  • Process local creditor payments weekly
  • Process foreign currency overseas supplier payments weekly
  • Resolve queries from incoming calls
  • Reconciling Supplier Accounts & Payments
  • Managing and reconciling company credit cards


This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer with a minimum of 2-3 years of full function AP experience.

You will thrive off autonomy and ownership from your leader, whilst also working in a large team that enjoy the use of first class systems & processes.

Ideally, you will bring strong knowledge in ERP systems.
