About The Centre
Thrive Blakehurst is our 81 place centre located in Southern Sydney.

The team follow a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

About The Role

We have an exciting
permanent full time opportunity for an early childhood educator to join the team and
lead the preschool room.

This position will see you working
8 hours per day, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged

Your main responsibilities will be to:

To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate highquality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
Maintain effective communication with parents
Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
