Thrive Blakehurst is our 81 place centre located in Southern Sydney.
The team follow a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

We have an exciting
permanent full time opportunity for an early childhood educator with a diploma qualification to join the team and
lead the toddler room.
8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate highquality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
