Talenza Pty Ltd is growing in Brisbane and has an ongoing need to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants. Full-time positions are on offer, located in Brisbane CBD. There is a base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 (negotiable) per annum plus superannuation on offer for the role.

Job purpose:

Tasks and duties:

Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them;
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment;
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as online job boards and company website;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants;
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Qualification/Skills/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience;
Minimum of two years' experience working in recruitment;
Experience in negotiating with clients.
Excellent communication skills

Salary:
$75, $100,000.00 per year
