Talenza Pty Ltd is growing in Brisbane and has an ongoing need to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants

Full-time positions are on offer, located in Brisbane CBD. There is a base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 (negotiable) per annum plus superannuation on offer for the role.

Job purpose:


Tasks and duties:


  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them;
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment;
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as online job boards and company website;
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants;
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Qualification/Skills/Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience;
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in recruitment;
  • Experience in negotiating with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary:
$80, $110,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Brisbane City Q, LD 4000
