    Boutique is proud to announce its partnership with a leading international bank to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant. This exclusive, long-term temp-to-perm position is meticulously designed for a top-tier EA who embodies exceptional organization, approachability, and adaptability, ready to provide indispensable support to Senior Executives and their teams.

    In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate complex schedules and inboxes, oversee the creation and distribution of executive-level correspondence, and ensure flawless coordination of meetings and events. Your proven track record in delivering efficient senior leadership support within the banking or investment banking sector will be paramount.
    Please Note: Due to the extended duration of this temp assignment, we regretfully cannot consider candidates on working holiday visas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Masterfully manage demanding calendars, ensuring efficient timing and logistics for high-level meetings spanning global time zones.
    • Act as the communicative nexus, tactfully directing calls and messages, fostering seamless connections between executive leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Craft, edit, and prepare sophisticated presentation materials crucial to strategic meetings and discussions.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills to handle complex itineraries.
    • Administer all aspects of expense management with precision, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
    • Execute general administrative duties with excellence, from maintaining robust filing systems to managing sensitive communications and documents.
    • Serve as a gatekeeper and ambassador for the executive team, embodying the professionalism and values of our firm.

    Experience and Expertise:

    • Extensive experience in a high-level executive support role, ideally within the financial sector, demonstrating an ability to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional results.
    • Stellar organizational and time management skills, adept at navigating multiple priorities with finesse and accuracy.
    • A positive, high-energy individual who approaches every task with vigor and a forward-thinking mindset.
    • Expertise in minute-taking and transcription, with exceptional audio typing skills to ensure no detail is overlooked.
    • Willingness to adapt work hours to meet executive needs, showcasing flexibility and dedication.
    • In-depth experience with managing complex schedules and communications, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
