It calls for a seasoned, multifaceted professional with extensive experience in EA, Business, and Board Management within mid to large-scale organisations.

Having collaborated with senior external executives, Chairs, boards, and ELT, you comprehend their needs while aligning with and achieving organisational objectives.
As a pivotal member of the EA team, you serve as a role model and mentor, sharing knowledge to ensure the organisation operates to the highest standards.

A snapshot of your role.
- Provide robust support to the Executive Chair through meticulous diary management for internal and external stakeholders across international time zones
- Manage intricate domestic and international travel logistics for events, including seminars, conferences, and engagements. Oversee transportation, accommodation, entertainment, and attendee preferences
- Ensure smooth and efficient secretariat support for Board, committee, and ELT meetings by managing all logístical and administrative aspects, including accurate recordkeeping and formal minutes
- Prepare complex board papers, agendas and circulating documents, records and action items. Attend meetings as required and coordinate the collection of data to support quality reports
- Actively participate in team meetings and activities and work collaboratively with the Executive Office EA's and wider company departments
