About the Role


As a permanent & full time Membership Services Consultant, you will primarily receive inbound sales & service enquiries, from both potential customers & existing members.


Reporting to the Members Services Team Manager, you will be part of the Parramatta Hybrid team, assisting with a range of enquiries relating to the Accor Plus Loyalty Program.

Our enquiries include inbound sales calls regarding our Loyalty Program, concerns/complaints from existing members and additional requests about our Loyalty product.


More specifically, you will:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers, where you will practice amazing customer service
  • Show strong resilience & problem solving, helping resolve complaints from our members

About You

  • Work full time, Monday to Friday, between 8am & 4pm
  • Be comfortable receiving calls & have the ability to provide amazing service, on each & every call
  • Commute to the Parramatta office, at least once or twice a month for our Connection days
