Skills & Experience

Objection and complaint resolution skills
Resilience under pressure
1 year experience in a customer facing or contact centre environment preferred
Attention to detail (do you have the eye for the finer details)
Experience with Zendesk is preferred but not essential
Developed problem solving skills
